POLICY

• This form is an application and is not automatically approved. Your condo manager will contact you regarding your request. Unauthorized moves result in a sanction charged to the Owner.
• All move dates, including ground floor, must be requested five (5) business days in advance BY THE OWNER.
• This non-refundable Move Order Form is to be completed and submitted to reception@karenking.ca
• All moves will be supervised by a uniformed Security Guard, who will ensure the double door elevator is locked off and padded and the front door supervised. Security will also inspect and photograph the hallway and lobby pre and post move. The occupant MUST allow the Security Guard access to the unit’s bathroom if so requested as Euro has no public facilities.
• Any damage found to be caused during the move will be the responsibility of the Unit Owner.
• All moves are to be made through the front entrance on 6th Street SW as there isn't room at the back. Best is to back up alongside the building up to the steps in the fine lane.
• Stairwells may not be used for moves in or out due to fire department regulations.
• Move outs: Pre stack stuff in the hallways before the elevator time starts and then hurry a full load into the elevator. Unload into the lobby not to the truck.
• Move Ins: Unload the truck into the lobby not into the elevator before the elevator time starts and then hurry a full load into the elevator. Unload into the hallway, not the apartment.
• The front entrance doors may be propped open while the Security Guard is present AND can never be left unattended.
• When the elevator is keyed off to INS it will no longer accept hall calls and will be available only through the buttons inside the elevator. Push the floor button desired and hold until the door closes completely.
• Under NO circumstance can the door be blocked open. This will cause damage that costs thousands to fix.
• Unwanted items and moving boxes or debris MAY NOT be placed in the dumpsters. This material must be taken away by the applicant.
• Contravention of ANY of the above will result in a financial sanction in the amount of $250 against the owner.
