I agree my booking fee payment is final and non-refundable and any changes to my booking will incur a repayment of the booking fee. I agree that if the elevator key is not returned in a timely manner, or there is any damages caused by the move, a $250 fine and/or the costs of repair/replacement may be charged to my account. If I am an owner, it will be added to my ledger, if a tenant, taken from the tenant security deposit on file.

When you use the H301 key to open the service panel, there will be a switch labeled "INDEPENDENT SERVICE". When this is in the "ON" position, the elevator will no longer accept hall calls and will be available only through the buttons inside the elevator. To return it back to regular service, please switch back to the "OFF" position and lock the service panel.
