• This form is an application and is not automatically approved. Your condo manager will contact you regarding your request.
• All moves and deliveries, including ground floor, must be ordered three (3) business days in advance. Ground floor units do not need to pick up or utilize the elevator key.
• Move-in/move-out: $50 non-refundable move fee.
• Deliveries: No charge, but the elevator must still be booked. Deliveries are for 30 minute use or less and cannot be associated with a change in tenancy.
• YOU MUST pick up the elevator key, it will be made available one (1) business day prior to your booking and must be returned the business day after the booking. The elevator key is to be collected and dropped off at Karen King & Associates Inc. Office: 304-1609 14th Street SW, Calgary AB T3C 1E4. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30-5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 – 4:00 pm. Buzz #104 for access.
• Keys that are not returned will result in a $250 fine.
• One (1) elevator will be locked off and padded for your convenience.
• Moves not booked will result in a $250 fine charged to the Owner.
• Stairwells may not be used for moves in or out due to fire department regulations. Use of stairwells will result in a $250.00 fine charged to the Owner.
• Locked entrance doors cannot be propped open or left unattended, and will result in a $250.00 fine charged to the Owner.
• The Board, at its discretion, may inspect the Common Property of the Buildings prior to and immediately after the move. Any damages found to be caused during the move will be charged back to the unit owner.

ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS

When you use the H301 key to open the service panel, there will be a switch labeled "INDEPENDENT SERVICE". When this is in the "ON" position, the elevator will no longer accept hall calls and will be available only through the buttons inside the elevator. To return it back to regular service, please switch back to the "OFF" position and lock the service panel.
