- Take marketing photos of your property and advertise on 3-5 different websites.
- Show your property to potential renter-prospects.
- Screen rental applicants, including reference checks, employment verification and a credit check.
- Meet with the tenant and sign a lease on your behalf
- Retain the security deposit on your behalf and conduct the move-in inspection
- Collect monthly rent into our Trust account on your behalf
- Provide tenants an emergency maintenance line and handle any maintenance issues with the properties
- Provide move-out inspection
