This position would be a great fit for someone newly licensed as a property manager with some knowledge of building operations. We have excellent leads and training to provide in both property management and building operations.
Please note: Applicant must have reliable transportation and a laptop. This position requires a Property Management license or willingness to obtain it.

This position is a salary compensation, plus performance bonuses.
As a member of our team, your duties will include, but not limited to:
-Supervising contractors
-Scheduling maintenance
-Performing pool maintenance
-Performing minor building maintenance
-Scheduling and showing rental properties
-Marketing to landlords to grow your rental portfolio
-Screening applicants for our rental properties
-Conducting move-in & move-out inspections
-Performing general office administration

Our candidate must have the following:
-Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
-Basic computer skills
-Maintenance skills
-Problem solving and analytical skills
-Good judgment and character
-Observation skills
-Property management licence, or willingness to obtain it
