COLE ROMANIUK – BROKER & PROPERTY MANAGER

I have spent the last few years managing a 500 unit portfolio and realize the importance of specialized attention. I am responsible for coordinating with owners, contractors, and tenants to ensure successful building operation. My skillset ranges from Quickbooks and accounting statements, to on-site operations, but most importantly I care about my clients. Along with being a licensed Real Estate Broker, I am also a licensed Property Manager. A lot of my success comes from our incredible support staff. I’m part of the Real Estate Investment Network and received a “Top 10 Player Award in 2014”. I am also a member of Mensa Canada.

COMPANY HISTORY

Karen King has owned Karen King & Associates Inc. for over a decade. Having a B.Eng. and MBA, she built this company to bring that knowledge base to condo boards. Her engineering background was useful in understanding and evaluating the complexities of many maintenance projects, and her MBA background provided the knowledge to strategize successful condominium financials. The systems and templates based on this knowledge are used by our staff to service our clients. Her previous positions in Project Management and at SAIT provide you with contacts and competitive bids. This knowledge combined with the high level of service are the foundations Karen King & Associates Inc. are built on.
