• The patio can be booked between the hours of 10 am - 10 pm
• Maximum of 90 minutes per booking
• A Unit is not permitted to book back to back time slots
• I understand that any damages and associated costs will be charged back to the Unit.
• I recognize that I am responsible for ensuring the conduct of my guests.
• I acknowledge my responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the patio.
• This form is an application and is not automatically approved. You will receive an email with an approval notification. Please note if a booking is not approved within 24 hours it will be declined, so bookings must be made at a minimum of 1 business day in advance of the requested date

  I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Rules of patio usage and authorize Karen King & Associates to chargeback any additional costs resulting from my booking. ex. additional cleaning costs/damage to property etc.
