POLICY:

• This form is an application and is not automatically approved. Your condo manager will contact you regarding your request.
• All moves and deliveries, including ground floor, must be ordered five (5) business days in advance.
• Move-in/move-out: $150 non-refundable move fee.
• Deliveries: Please contact your condo manager.
• YOU MUST pick up the elevator key, it will be made available one (1) business day prior to your booking and must be returned the same business day as the booking. The elevator key is to be collected and dropped off at the lockbox located on the pillar outside the garbage room in the parkade. Code will be set as the last 4 digits of your phone number
• Keys that are not returned will result in a $250 fine.
• One (1) elevator will be locked off and padded for your convenience.
• Moves not booked will result in a $250 fine charged to the Owner.
• Stairwells may not be used for moves in or out due to fire department regulations. Use of stairwells will result in a $250.00 fine charged to the Owner.
• Locked entrance doors cannot be propped open or left unattended, and will result in a $250.00 fine charged to the Owner.
• The Board, at its discretion, may inspect the Common Property of the Buildings prior to and immediately after the move. Any damages found to be caused during the move will be charged back to the unit owner.
